Booking Deposit Policy for Evilgenius Artworx

Policy Overview

At Evilgenius Artworx, we require a deposit when booking your tattoo appointment. This deposit serves to secure your spot and ensures that our artists are fully prepared for your session. 

Key Information About Deposits:

  • Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: All deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another appointment or person.
  • 24-Hour Notice Required for Cancellations/Reschedules: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Forfeiture of Deposit: Failure to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

By placing a deposit, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding as this policy allows us to respect the time of both our clients and our artists.
